How to travel to Stuttgart

By plane, arriving at Stuttgart airport, two S-Bahn (subway) lines are available for quick and direct travel to both the city and the university campus. Taking either S2 (to Schorndorf) or S3 (to Backnang) will take you in less than 20 min to the campus and symposium venue. After getting off at the underground station Universität, choose the exit
Universitätszentrum.

By train, after arriving at Stuttgart main station via long-distance trains, you can take the S-Bahn (subway) running every 5 or 10 min to the venue in less than 15 min. After getting off at the underground station Universität, choose the exit Universitätszentrum.

By car, take Autobahn A8, A81 to Autobahnkreuz (junction) Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Follow the signs to the city center and exit at Universität. First to the right, turn onto Pfaffenwaldring, take the second lane to the left instead (sign Pfaffenwaldring 13, 15, 17), then to the right you'll find a public parking lot right behind the symposium venue.
